Circle Pendant Necklace Silver

A simple silver pendant formed from a single circular element, made by hand from sterling silver wire. The circle is textured using a specially modified hammer, creating a subtle, irregular surface that catches the light without being decorative. The design is pared back and balanced, intended to sit quietly on the body and work as an everyday piece rather than a statement.

About the design

This necklace is part of a wider series exploring circular forms and repeated surface texture. The hammered finish is consistent across the range, but the depth and angle of each mark varies slightly, giving every piece its own character. Care is taken to achieve a balance between texture and smoothness so the surface reflects light softly rather than sharply.

How it is made

Each pendant is formed, soldered and textured by hand using sterling silver wire. The piece is finished by hand to retain the detail of the hammered surface, before being paired with a fine silver chain. Designed and made by silversmith Jenny Holdsworth in her Hampshire studio.

Wearing and styling

The necklace is designed to be worn on its own or layered with other pieces of different lengths for a contemporary, understated look.
