Refund policy

We hope that you will be happy with your order, but if for any reason you wish to return your items, just send us an email and we'd be happy to refund or exchange your order. (Refunds do not apply to earrings for hygiene reasons).

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Standard Refunds

You have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Please notify us by email at admin@jtholdsworth.com if you wish to return an item within this period.

Conditions of Return

To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in unused, resalable condition and in their original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the product is faulty.

Exemptions

Jewellery from a bespoke commission personalised to your specific order (e.g., custom designs, engravings, etc.) are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation policy unless the item is faulty. For hygiene reasons, earrings are also excluded from unless defective, damaged during delivery, or not as described.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive a faulty item, we’re here to help. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work quickly to resolve the issue. How to Return

  • Please email admin@jtholdsworth.com to inform us of your intent to return.
  • We will provide you with return instructions and any necessary information for your refund process. Refunds will be issued within 10 days after we received the items back, using the original payment method. The buyer is responsible for the return postage.

Refunds will be processed once the item is returned and inspected. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at admin@jtholdsworth.com.

How do I ship my order back to you?

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a secure tracked delivery service to ensure items are returned to us safely. Refunds and exchanges can not be given to items lost in the post.
