Delivery rates

  • Royal Mail 48 tracked with signature (2 days) - £3.35
  • Royal Mail 24 tracked with signature (1 day) - £4.90
  • Special Delivery. Guaranteed delivery next day - £7.65
  • Orders over £100 are free

How long will it take?

  • Orders placed before 11am on Monday - Friday are despatched same day. 
  • Orders placed after 11am on Monday - Friday will be despatched the next working day.
  • Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on Monday.

Where do you ship to?

We deliver to the UK only.

What about 'not in stock' items?

These items can still be ordered, requiring 7 - 15 working days to make depending on the item as some will require gold plating and hallmarking. Please get in touch if there is an out of stock item that you wish to order.


How will my jewellery arrive?

Items arrive in a cardboard 'pillow' box wrapped in ribbon. Items over £100 will come in a presentation box. Each order will be posted using recyclable packaging.

Sending as a gift?

Your order will arrive wrapped and 'gift ready'. For a hand-written note, let us know in the cart comments page.


We hope that you will be happy with your order, but if for any reason you wish to return your items, just send us an email and we'd be happy to refund or exchange your order. (Refunds do not apply to earrings for hygiene reasons).

How do I get a refund?

Email within 5 days. Items must be returned within 10 days of this in its original condition and with the original packaging. Original postage costs are not refunded. Refunds will be issued within 10 days after we received the items back, using the original payment method. 

How do I ship my order back to you?

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a secure tracked delivery service to ensure items are returned to us safely. Refunds and exchanges can not be given to items lost in the post.

Who pays for the return postage?

The buyer is responsible for the return postage.

What if the item is faulty?

Please get in touch if an item is faulty.
