Part of the Marquise Collection, this sterling silver pendant is handcrafted with a gently hammered texture and finished with an oxidised patina. A layer of 24ct gold sheet is permanently fused to one side using the ancient Keum-Boo technique, creating a simple contrast between darkened silver and rich gold.
Gently folded across the centre, the pendant has a soft three dimensional form while remaining light and easy to wear.
Supplied on a matching oxidised 18" silver chain.
Individually made in Hampshire by Jenny Holdsworth using traditional silversmithing techniques.
Each piece is designed and made by hand by Jenny Holdsworth, a UK-based silversmith working in sterling silver and gold.

Materials
All silver used is sterling silver (925) with some Argentium (935) and fine silver (999).
Where items are finished in Gold Vermeil, a thick plate of real gold is bonded to the finished silver item. Yellow gold is at 24ct purity and rose gold is at 18ct purity. Learn more about gold vermeil here.

Every piece is designed and made by hand by Jenny Holdsworth, a UK-based silversmith with a BA(Hons) in Silversmithing and Jewellery. The work is made in her Hampshire studio using traditional techniques, produced in small batches or as individual pieces.
