This dove pendant is a quiet, thoughtful piece that has stayed with me over time. The form is simple and graphic, cut and shaped by hand, with a soft finish that keeps it calm rather than decorative.

I designed the dove with a gentle asymmetry and a clean, modern feel. Made by hand in sterling silver in my studio, this pendant is intended as a small but meaningful piece. Wear it or gift it as a symbol of peace and hope.

All silver used is sterling silver (925) with some Argentium (935) and fine silver (999).
Where items are finished in Gold Vermeil, a thick plate of real gold is bonded to the finished silver item. Yellow gold is at 24ct purity and rose gold is at 18ct purity. Learn more about gold vermeil here.

Every piece is designed and made by hand by Jenny Holdsworth, a UK-based silversmith with a BA(Hons) in Silversmithing and Jewellery. The work is made in her Hampshire studio using traditional techniques, produced in small batches or as individual pieces.
