The Assassin bug has a body made from two hand-cut pieces with individually soldered legs and antennae. This beetle has followed a design process to simplify its form whilst maintaining the main anatomical features.

All silver used is sterling silver (925) with some Argentium (935) and fine silver (999).
Where items are finished in Gold Vermeil, a thick plate of real gold is bonded to the finished silver item. Yellow gold is at 24ct purity and rose gold is at 18ct purity. Learn more about gold vermeil here.

Every piece is designed and made by hand by Jenny Holdsworth, a UK-based silversmith with a BA(Hons) in Silversmithing and Jewellery. The work is made in her Hampshire studio using traditional techniques, produced in small batches or as individual pieces.
